GENTLE AND SENSITIVE PORTRAIT SESSIONS AT THE COTTAGE

We are part of a continuum. The connection between history and the present becomes visible in us.

The photo sessions felt deeply important, because I am very aware of the passing of time and how it affects both the location and me personally. It felt important to have photos of myself at this stage of life, when so many others are portrayed with a partner and/or children.

It was also meaningful to be photographed in a place where there are also photos of my grandparents and great-grandparents in the same surroundings.
